Thank you for your continuing support of the Hundred Club! Each month we will send an update on activities, events, remembrances, and announcements.

In 2021 over $100,000 was directly donated to the Hundred Club from your support of BFit!

Annual B-Fit Event : Join Us
The 6th Annual BFit Challenge begins on January 28th! Join a team this year and have your steps count towards the Hundred Club. Participate virtually, in person, or both. The in-person event is on February 6th at TD Garden. All proceeds raised on behalf of the Club are used to fund scholarships, payments to families of our fallen heroes, and activities for the families.

January 6, 1981
Boston Firefighters
Lt. Paul M. Lentini and FF. James M. Gibbons of E-37 who died in the line of duty, at the 8 alarm fire at 16-17 Arlington St.
January 9, 2008
Boston Firefighter Lt. Vincent P. Russell, a 21 year veteran died from injuries sustained while at the old John W. McCormack Federal Building.

January 9, 2009
Boston Firefighter Lt. Kevin M. Kelley, a 30 year veteran died after the ladder truck he was riding in crashed into a high-rise building on Huntington Avenue.

January 22, 1974
Boston Firefighter Bernard G. Tully, Medal of Valor recipient, died in a collision with a garbage truck. We remember the family he left behind.
January 23, 1997
Massachusetts State PoliceTrooper James B. Malloy died of a heart attack after struggling with a prisoner. He leaves behind a wife and 3 children.

January 28, 2009
Massachusetts State Police Captain Richard Cashin was killed in an on duty automobile accident. He is survived by his wife and 4 children.

January 28, 1995
Stoughton Firefighter Victor Melendy, a 21 year veteran was killed during a search and rescue operation. He is survived by his wife and 3 children.

Renewals

  • Beginning in December 2021, the Hundred Club extends a reduced membership fee for active-duty police officers or firefighters. We are so thankful to our first responders for their protection and support. More Information
