Tracie Hines
Executive Director
Tracie brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, strategic fundraising, and organizational development, as well as consulting for nonprofit leaders to the role. Tracie joins the Hundred Club after running her own successful consulting business, where she advised executive leadership on fundraising, program development, and strategic planning, including developing systems and strategies from the ground up.
Yvette Fernandez
Director of Operations
Yvette Fernandez is the Director of Operations at The Hundred Club of Massachusetts, Inc., where she has served since November 2019. In this role, she brings compassion, strategic leadership, and a deep background in social services to support the families of fallen first responders. Originally from Texas, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She currently serves as Board Co-Chair of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation, where she helps guide efforts around affordable housing, racial equity, and community empowerment. With a unique combination of scientific training, operational insight, and trauma-informed care experience, she is dedicated to building stronger, more resilient communities for all.
Sandra Montesino
Director of Outreach & Communications
Sandra Montesino brings over 11 years of non-profit management with a strong background in nonprofit communications, donor relations, and partnership development. Sandra understands how to connect people to purpose. At the Hundred Club, Sandra is focused on expanding awareness, strengthening community and corporate partnerships, and ensuring donors understand the life-changing impact of their support. Her experience, dedication, and personal connection to first responders make her a valuable asset to the organization and the families it serves.
