Jeremiah M. Lucey‚ 38‚ a nine-year veteran of the Worcester Fire Department‚ died on December 3‚ 1999‚ after being trapped while conducting search and rescue and fire operations in a cold storage warehouse fire. He leaves behind his wife and 2 children. One of his sons is a Worcester Firefighter.
